Do you have 1-2 years information technology experience- Are you educated to A level or equivalent-
Quality Personnel are recruiting for the above role, to be considered you'll need to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage a large workload whilst being detail orientated.
Working within a fast-paced environment you'll be comfortable working with Microsoft and MAC Operating systems and office packages.
You'll be identifying issues with user's workstation and resolve issues to get the station back to normal. You'll be able to diagnose and effect a repair on standard user workstations or hardware and software related issues. You'll be building an understanding of the back of house and product systems. You'll also get invovled in the telephone infrastructure (diagnosing and communicating any problems). Liaising with and co-ordinating with third party site contractors when requested to do so by the System Manager. Providing support for production equipment using remote connectivity and on-site attendance during non-core hours.
Working Monday to Friday, 8-4 (flexible), 31 days hols, Life Assurance, Pension Scheme matched contribution of 3%,
