Quality Personnel are recruiting for an IMAC Co-ordinator (Installation, Moves & Changes)

You'll be co-ordinating activity for installations, moves and changes of equipment from the initial stages of keying new deals to actually arranging the installations (and everything in between!).

Co-ordinating with Engineers who will install the equipment and have clients sign the relevant paper work and scan back to the office for you to check and ensure all details are correct and compliant.

To be considered for this role you should have:

* A minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade C or equivalent

* Previous scheduling/installation co-ordinating experience with problem solving

* Excellent attention to detail

* Organisational skills

* Customer Service experience

* The ability to manage more than one installation at a time

* Experienced in working with SLA's

* Intermediate IT skills

You'll be working in smart offices - office wear is required but not suits and they have a dress down day on a Friday, it's a family type culture, very personal with good social gathering. Free parking, working 37.5 hours per week (08:00 - 20:00 on a rota basis - inclusive of Bank Holidays also on a rota basis). Annual leave 33 days, 3% Pension, kitchens on site, 1 hour lunch, discretionary bonus, Life Insurance & disability insurance (4 x salary) / Health Insurance / Cycle to work scheme.

This role required a DBS check and 2 year job reference check and the job involves weekends and bank holidays. They are a 365 day operation so that includes Xmas and Easter (on a rotational basis).
