Our client is a leading distributor in Milton Keynes and they are looking for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join their friendly and busy team.



The role will involve responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in a professional and timely manner, resolving customer issues and complaints, processing orders and dealing with returns and exchanges.



The hours are 9am to 5.15pm and the position is hybrid.



You will need previous experience in a similar role, strong problem solving ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
