Key Responsibilities:



Ensure site compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards





Manage and respond to customer quality-related queries





Coordinate site raw material requirements and availability





Oversee product failure investigations and implement corrective actions





Produce detailed reports and data analysis





Liaise with internal departments regarding stock and quality-related issues





Manage the site calibration system





Conduct internal and external audits





Collaborate closely with the operations team to uphold quality standards





Perform testing of products and materials to ensure specification compliance





Identify training and development needs within the quality team





Support new product development initiatives and product applications





Maintain and monitor QC equipment, ensuring timely repairs or replacements







Required Skills and Qualifications:



Proven background in Quality Assurance





Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (essential)





Internal Auditor qualification for IATF 16949 (preferred)





Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)





Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
