Working within a sales department for a bespoke kitchen company in Milton Keynes. This is an ongoing temporary booking
Sales order entry, talking to consumers and booking in home deliveries, answering product queries over the phone. Talking to internal stakeholders about queries and chasing them for updates. Logging updates and actions on SalesForce.
Confident phone manner
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Good IT skills (Salesforce experience preferable)
Likes solving problems
