We are recruiting on behalf of a large automotive company based in Milton Keynes for Customer Service Advisors and there are 16 positions available to start on the 2nd January 2019 until the 31st March 2019

This position will be providing support to customers with finance lease agreements for motor vehicles

Job Description

Providing customers with a high quality customer experience through support and account service

Manage a variety of enquiries, systems and processes through email and telephone

Work through mailboxes and system queues to a high standard and against SLA's

Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure the correct customer outcomes dealing with a variety of customer queries.

Complaints resolving where possible

Person Specification

Customer service experience

Attention to detail

Good administration skills

Working hours are between 8.00 - 21.00 Monday to Saturday and your shifts will vary between these times but you are guaranteed 35 hours a week working 8 hours per day. Some Saturday work maybe available.

4 weeks notice given for all rotas

A basic credit check will be completed for this role
