Customer Care Advisor working in a small team.
You should have experience of working in an office environment where you have had to deal with a high volume of calls, emails, administration and enjoy problem solving.
A varied role including:
- logging all queries and outcomes
- investigating queries (raising credit/re-order/deliveries)
- responding to high volume of calls/emails
- dealing with complaints in a professional and positive manner
- sending out invoices and credits as necessary
- arranging supplier returns on a quarterly basis
Very busy role working to deadlines, high degree of responsbility
