We-re on the lookout for a Transport Co-ordinator on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract basis to join our busy and dynamic team!



In this vital role, you-ll be at the heart of our transport operation - making sure everything runs like clockwork.





What You'll Be Doing:





Coordinating daily vehicle schedules to meet delivery deadlines



Liaising with drivers and third-party transport providers



Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date



Supporting compliance with all legal, safety, and company transport regulations



Problem-solving and prioritising tasks to ensure smooth operations



Collaborating with other departments to meet customer expectations





What You-ll Bring:



Proven experience in transport coordination or administration

Incredible organisational and multitasking skills

Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset



Strong communication and teamwork skills



Working knowledge of transportation software/tools



Understanding of transport regulations and policies (desirable)
