We-re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Sales Administrator to join our established sales team in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that values teamwork, personal growth, and delivering exceptional service to its customers.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Administrator, you-ll play a key part in supporting the sales team and managing customer relationships. Your focus will be on qualifying and managing incoming sales enquiries, handling smaller sales accounts, and helping to grow sales within those accounts.
Your main duties will include:
- Qualifying and managing sales enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Taking responsibility for smaller Sales Office Accounts - maintaining relationships, handling day-to-day account management, and driving sales growth to meet targets
- Producing accurate quotations using costing spreadsheets and sending them to customers within 48 hours
- Coordinating and dispatching sample requests within agreed timescales
- Maintaining customer information and history within the CRM system
- Undertaking proactive sales activities to develop and increase sales turnover
