Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same- We-re seeking a confident, detail-driven Good Stock Returns Assistant to join a lovely team full-time, based on-site Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:15pm).







Reporting to the Warranty & Good Stock Returns Manager, you-ll be a proactive self-starter who can manage and prioritise workload effectively. You-ll thrive as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail-essential when handling high-value products and working directly with customers.







What you-ll be doing:





Receiving and recording retailer returns accurately





Inspecting, crediting, and processing stock back into saleable condition

Managing unsaleable stock records and system updates





Auditing stock locations to ensure accuracy





Meeting processing timescales and service standards





Identifying issues and helping improve processes







What we-re looking for:





Strong organisational skills and attention to detail





Confident communicator with good written and spoken English





Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook





Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset





Interest or knowledge in cycling products is a bonus (full training provided)







You-ll collaborate closely with Operations, Suppliers, Brand, Customer Care, and Sales teams, so building strong working relationships is key.







Please note: This role is based within a warehouse environment and involves physical activity, including manual handling.
