The Finance Manager position plays a key leadership role across a small group of companies. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment. The jobholder will manage a small finance team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, insightful analysis, and full statutory compliance.



The individual will have strong experience in manufacturing and logistics with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central. They will contribute to financial strategy, support management decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and internal controls.



Candidates should be AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or possess substantial relevant experience gained through progressively responsible roles. Demonstrable experience in month-end processes, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and day to day finance operations is essential.
