Are you an experienced Systems Analyst with a passion for improving business processes and getting the best from ERP systems-







Our client is the UK's leading distributor of premium bicycles, cycling components, clothing and accessories, representing some of the world's biggest cycling brands. They're looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to help shape, support and optimise their business-critical systems as the business continues to grow.







The Role



:



Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, B2B Commerce and Warehousing, you'll bridge the gap between business and technology. You'll analyse business requirements, improve processes, support ERP applications and deliver scalable solutions that drive operational excellence.







What You'll Be Doing:





Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes.



Support and optimise ERP and integrated business systems.



Deliver system enhancements and business-critical projects from concept through to implementation.



Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide 2nd/3rd line support.



Develop reports, documentation, user training and testing.



Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.





About You:







You'll have:



Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within an ERP environment.



Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.



Experience with SQL and relational databases.



Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.



A passion for process improvement and delivering practical business solutions.





Desirable

:



Sage X3 ERP experience.



Microsoft SQL Server.



Experience with APIs, systems integration and reporting tools.



Knowledge of Finance, Warehousing, Supply Chain or B2B eCommerce environments.
