Internal Sales & Technical Support Co-ordinator



Milton Keynes | Full-time | Office Based | ASAP start







We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Technical Support Co-ordinator to join our clients' busy team in Milton Keynes.







This is a varied role supporting customers and our external Sales Engineers across sales, technical support, quotations, orders and key accounts.



You-ll be working in a busy engineering/manufacturing environment, so we-re looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with customers.







The Role

:

Provide sales and technical support to customers.



Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email.



Proactively follow up quotations and sales opportunities.



Support external Sales Engineers with forecasting and market research.



Process customer orders accurately and on time.



Assist with the management of key customer accounts.



Provide general sales administration and branch support.





About You

:

Previous experience in internal sales, sales administration or sales support.



Ideally from an engineering or manufacturing background; bearing industry experience would be an advantage.



Excellent communication and customer service skills.



Confident telephone manner and professional approach.



Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.



Well organised, proactive and able to work independently.



Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing deadlines.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm | Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
