Electrical Wire Person - Temp to Perm - -12--14 per hour depending upon experience
The role of Electrical Wire Person is a pivotal one. The workshop is where goods are received, built, tested and dispatched. It is important that goods are received, built, tested, and dispatched in accordance quality standards and procedures and that you have apositive manner reflecting the high standards of the company.
It is important the workshop is kept clean and tidy to ensure that visitors and colleagues leave with a good impression and all HSE is complied with.
You will be based in the workshop and be responsible for the smooth running of the area and its associated tasks.
- Wiring of jobs (in accordance with issued wiring diagrams, pink master drawings should be followed and marked up with any errors)
- Assembly of goods, metalwork (building of systems in accordance with assembly drawings, pink master drawings to be marked up with any errors)
- Kitting jobs as per BOM-s and checklists - assisting manufacturing with the assembly of large systems for the production of large quantity projects
A flexible approach to work will be required for this role as you-re working for a small company you may be required to assist in other areas such as Goods-In, packaging and dispatch, picking manufacturing jobs and keeping the stores area in order.
Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. These hours can be worked flexibly from 7.30 am until 5 pm with a 1 pm finish on a Friday.
