Customer Operations Specialist

Location: Tongwell - Fully Office Based

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 09:00-17:00 (30 mins lunch + 15 mins break)

Duration: 12-month contract (initially)

Start: 11 May 2026



We-re recruiting for a proactive and adaptable Customer Operations Specialist to join a busy contact centre team in Tongwell, Milton Keynes.



The Role



You-ll be cross-trained across multiple operational areas, providing support where it-s needed most. Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email, you-ll move fluidly between teams during peak periods and high-priority situations to ensure smooth service delivery.



You-ll also support with customer escalations, using your calm, professional approach to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-first focus.



What We-re Looking For



- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (Financial Services experience desirable)

- Confident managing high volumes and changing priorities

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- A flexible team player who thrives under pressure

- Understanding of regulatory compliance (FCA, DPA, AML, Code of Conduct, etc.)
