Personal Assistant | Team Assistant

Maternity Contract

-26,000 to -30,000

20 hours per week - flexible

Due to the continued success as one of the country-s leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles we have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Administrator. The successful applicant will provide support to the Business Development and Marketing Director and assist the whole Business Development and Marketing team with their administration.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills as well as the flexibility to adapt to working in a very challenging environment.


- Provide general support to the Business Development and Marketing Director including diary management, meeting requests and arranging travel and expenses

- Administration duties within the Business and Development and Marketing team as required, eg Event Management

The person:

To be successful you will need to be a well organised administrator with strong time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.

You will need excellent communication skills and be competent in IT skills (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).

Experience of working within a Marketing team would be an advantage.
