You will be working directly with the Partner, providing high-level support on a variety of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, with particular emphasis on new builds and shared ownership properties.

You will be working in the internal sales team dealing with existing and lapsed customers.  Looking after the Inbox, sending out quotations, product information and keeping in touch with key accounts and lapsed customers.

This role would suit a strong Customer Service Administrator with the desire to keep the customers satisfied and updated whilst driving new sales where possible.
